Membership in the association is open to anyone who was a part of or assigned to the 2nd Missile Battalion, 71st Artillery that was deployed to Taiwan in 1958 or to members of their families.

The membership fee is $15.00 per year.

This primarily covers the cost of printing and mailing the association newsletters; searching for battalion members; planning reunions, and some Association administrative costs.

The membership can be paid by check or money order and must be submitted by mail.
